Hello! My name is Francisco. I am an analytical person, detail-oriented and with strategic thinking. I possess a high capacity for visualization and anticipation of situations. I also have the ability to make decisions and work well in teams.
I have more than 6 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, during which I have worked for companies such as Walmart Chile, Movistar Chile, Universidad San Sebastián, Banco de Chile and Coopeuch.
I also have more than 13 years of experience as a Freelance Web Designer collaborating with a wide variety of clients in sectors such as logistics, transportation, storage, customs, finance, legal, food, art, architecture and construction. My experience ranges from established market-leading companies to entrepreneurs who are taking their first steps.
I studied Multimedia Communication at Universidad del Pacífico and I completed a Graduate Diploma in User Experience (UX) at Universidad Finis Terrae, graduating with the highest grade.
Last year I took courses in Leadership in Technology Projects, Product Design and Metrics. Now I am taking courses on Artificial Intelligence related to UX Design.
I have experience working with the Design Thinking Methodology, covering all its stages. I have conducted research plans and applied various techniques to gather relevant information for making the right decisions when defending and justifying design choices. I also have experience in developing measurement plans to understand user behavior and evaluate the effectiveness of decisions and their impact on the products and business objectives.
I have worked with Stakeholders and Collaborators from various areas as well as with Product Owners, Scrum Masters / Facilitators, Full Stack / Front-End / Back-End Developers and QA Testers. I also have worked with Heads of UX, UX Managers, UX Principals, UX Researchers, UX Writers and UX/UI Designers.
I have done two Work and Holiday programs. The first was in the United States at the age of 20, where I lived and worked for three months at a ski resort in Vermont. The second experience was in Australia at the age of 26. In this country, I lived in Sydney for a year, performing various jobs. In 2017, I lived in Argentina for three months. I took three intensive photography courses in Buenos Aires and simultaneously worked remotely for a Chilean company as a UX/UI Designer.
